What Will You Get for Registering Early?

The pre-registration bonus has two components. First you get four $25 free bets. Secondly you get entry into a sweepstake that has just one prize; a huge $100,000 free bet. One lucky sports bettor will get the chance to bet $100,000 on a single bet.

You will not be able to bet until the market officially launches but when it does you will be ahead of the pack and ready to go.

Free bets cannot be used for odds boosts, parlays, live bets and cash out bets. You can’t use them for massive odds on favorites either. The minimum odds where you can use them are at +300. You also have to use the bets within seven days of the market opening.

Which Sportsbook Might Launch Pre-Registration Next?

DraftKings might be accepting new accounts in Kansas now but they weren't the first to do so; FanDuel was the first sportsbook to offer early registration in Kansas.

A year ago Arizona was in the same position as Kansas. DraftKings and FanDuel fought for early registrations, but they weren’t alone in the pre-market competition. We fully expect more operators to join the wave of early registration.

Caesars had new software and a new determination to challenge for the US sports betting crown. If it follows the same marketing strategy as it used in Arizona we should see Caesars Sportsbook Kansas pitch its woo to sports bettors. This may well take the form of a generous free bet offer accompanied by a deal to get a free NFL jersey from your favorite team.

There are many more global sports betting brands looking to enter the Kansas market. Each Kansas licensed casino can partner with up to three brands to offer online sports betting. DraftKings is partnered with the Boot Hill Casino in Dodge City. Both are eager for the market to launch:

“As manager for Boot Hill Casino & Resort for the Kansas Lottery, we are pleased to work with DraftKings to bring first in class mobile sportsbook to Kansas,” said Clark Stewart, Chief Executive Officer of Boot Hill Casino & Resort. “DraftKings is a leader in this fast growing industry and will bring a trusted, experienced mobile sports betting application to sports fans in Kansas, when the law allows.”
